评分方法
官方分只看这一条报价上已经公开的事实。缺的事实保持不足。不按 0 计，也不跟其他报价排名。
四个维度

怎么合成总分
- 不计入的维度会被去掉，剩下维度的权重重新按比例折算。
- 至少要有两个维度已公布才给分，否则显示为“不足”，不给数值。
- 缺失的事实不会按 0 分计算，也不会拿别的报价来补，更不和其他报价排名。
- 最终分数保留一位小数，第二位四舍五入。

- monthly_price 30: comparison_monthly_cny is present and fx_state is not a failure.
- spec_known 25: fraction known among cpu, memory, disk, and bandwidth specifications.
- freshness 25: source_observed_at or availability evidence time is within 7 days of the catalog as_of.
- line_stated 20: claimed_line or line_group is non-empty and is not 未知.
- Drop insufficient dimensions and renormalize the remaining weights.
- If fewer than two dimensions are published, official_score.value is null and basis is insufficient. Otherwise value is one decimal and basis is published.
- A missing fact stays insufficient. It is not treated as zero, and it is not filled by a rank against other offers.
- A failure is an fx_state other than fresh. That includes stale, missing, unsupported, and conflict.
- memory is the ram_mb fact. disk is the disk_gb fact. known means state is known and value is present. The score is 100 times the known count divided by 4. If none of the four are known, spec_known is insufficient.
- Within 7 days means the absolute difference from catalog as_of is at most 7 days. A present time outside that window scores 0. If neither time is present, freshness is insufficient.
- A blank value or 未知 is not stated. If either claimed_line or line_group is stated, line_stated scores 100. If neither is stated, line_stated is insufficient.
- Round half up to one decimal.
- Weights are monthly_price 30, spec_known 25, freshness 25, and line_stated 20. They sum to 100.
